Song Do Won ft. Barney and friends

Hi guys! This was supposed to be posted last year though I forgot to published it so please allow me to edit the time and date though please forgive me for the permanent link. It sucks!!!!!

------

This would be my last post for the year 2014. Sorry for my throwback post but there are more to come! lols. hahhahahha!

Before anything else, I'll give you a piece of me today. When I was in High School, if we're the same age and year, I'm the least you want to become friends. I don't know why but that's the truth about me, but I am not a loner let's just say that I am an outcast. My classmates don't want my guts, the main reason is I am childish. They don't like me being loud and carefree, but I still managed to have friends. I have friends that were my classmates, though not plenty but enough for me. They are true and accept me for who I am.

I don't really care about being loved before, I just want to play and want to live my life. That's the thing when you're childish and carefree. You enjoyed life to the fullest and never care about others. That may be the reason (I think) why most of my classmates didn't like me.

You may think that my high school life was a disaster. You're wrong. My high school life may not be like most of you guys. T'was not perfect, but it was a memorable one.

When my sister became a freshie, I was in my junior years. Being a FC as ever, I started to socialized with her friends. I even spent my Christmas party with them for 2 years, I don't know when it was started but before I graduated my sister's friends became my friends. Some of my fellow classmates may not accept me for who I am but my sister's friends did. I don't know if we had the same mindset or whatever but look us now. We're still friends. some of them are the godparents of my little macho. I treated them as my own sister and brother. Sure we had our ups and downs but they are still here for me and I am still here for them.

Forgive me for my loooong introduction. So here it is. How I celebrate my day with my friends.

We had lunch at Song Do Won, thanks again to my loving mama for this #voucherdate. Since it was taken last July I may not give you a good review about Song Do Won, just a couple of pointers. First, if you like to order an extra rice just keep it in mind that their extra rice cost 50 php for a single serving.

Lastly, You may want to order the Beef Bulgogi Hotpot because it's superb! The sweetness of the stew plus the freshness of the vegetables and beef. I almost had a mouthgasm! We ordered another one of this! You should try it.

I really enjoy eating in a Korean restaurant because of the free side dishes. Ulam na kasi siya. They are generous with their servings unlike other cuisines I tasted and tried. Korean cuisine is one of the best!

After eating at Song Do Won, we continue our escapades at MOA to watch She's Dating The Gangster. We really like the book so we're excited about watching it. We enjoyed the movie though we're searching for the other scenes found in the book. Having my macho watch it was another experience for us because it was the first time my macho entered a cinema unfortunately we can't keep him quiet inside, so we heard a lot of "sssshhhhhh" hehehe. Also, Keyn kept singing the most memorable line on the movie "Go sexy, Go sexy, go sexy sexy love" with matching dance steps. It was sooo fun to watch.

After watching, we again ate at a pizza parlor I can't remember the name. (sorry for being lame >.<)

After that, Photo Op!

They said that they're blessed to be my friend but actually it's the other way around. I am blessed to have them. They saved me from being a loner (lol!) I may have few friends but they are true.

Till next time, Ciao!

Movie Star Cafe

Last June we ate at the Movie Star Cafe at MOA. Thanks again mama for the #voucherdate

First of all, I had high expectation know why? because I heard great things about this restaurant. So did they exceed my expectation?

On the cosplayers yes! they did a tremendous job in entertaining us and making our night a memorable one. You will definitely end up smiling even if you're at home and reminiscing the moments you had there.

The food on the other hand is a big nah ah for me. Considering that it's an eat all you can restaurant, I recommend that you order on their menu instead on the eat all you can. why? There are few choices in food. I expect a somewhat like in Yakimix or other eat all you can restaurant but you'll find a single row of food to choose from.

The service in terms of drinks. We waited for 5 to 10 minutes for the water and to think that the water station was beside us and the waitress station was beside the water station. Can you get my point? hehe

Other than that. It's a wonderful experience thanks to the entertainers and also to the one who did the most amazing job! If you happen to encounter Mr. Mime don't let him go. He's a good catch. (lol. parang pagibig lang. hehe) He made our night. A night to remember :) Even today, I still remember what he did that night.

Till next time! Ciao

Baguio June 2014

First things first! I have to warn you this is going to be a looooooooong post :P

We celebrate Independence day and my niece's birthday in Baguio. After I don't know when finally I came back! This is super duper special to me because I came back with my men. hart hart na! :P

It was raining last June but heck! we didn't stop. Rain or shine, Baguio it is!

First Stop. Our lady of Manaoag in Pangasinan. We're so lucky because when we came there's an ongoing mass. I'm not sure if it's the first time that I visited the Manaoag but I made a wish anyway.

After our stopover in Manaoag and after a few hours we arrived in Baguio. We stayed in Teacher's Camp just beside the famous White House. Yeah right?! so creepy right? we have to pass right the creepy house to go to the nearest store to buy goods.

We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights so bitin right?

Our first stop was the Mansion, Actually I don't get it why it became a tourist spot but what the heck photo op din to :P

We had lots of fun when taking these pictures. kasi puro kulitan lang. these 4 photos are the most okay out of  the 15. It's my baby brother's fault actually :P

We settled for the Mansion and went to SM Baguio to buy goods for this trip. So there Day 1 in Baguio ends.

On our next day, our first stop was Baguio Cathedral, Unfortunately there wasn't a mass so we just offered our silent prayer. I'm a little bit disappointed on what happened beside the Cathedral. Before there was a biiiig empty space. I love it the way that way, t'was more peaceful and more solemn than now. The empty space before became a tiangge now. Sarap diba. lols

If you noticed that I'm always on the front, it is because I have the monopod with me. See I came prepared right?

Anong sinabi ng DSLR nila? lols.

Next is the Grotto. We conquered the 252 steps! Horay! My macho's really enjoyed the view. Obvious naman right? we offered a prayer for my Inang and light candles.

Next were SM Baguio and Burnham Park since they're near each other. My little macho enjoys the boat ride and didn't want to leave but due to the rain we had to stop the ride and of course the non stop paddling and endless turns (due to the lack in experience on how to paddle XD) made us dizzy. Went back to the Teacher's camp to rest then Kenneth, Lynsey, Jas, Dabs and I went to palengke to buy pasalubong.

We ate dinner at the 50's Dinner. It will be on another blog post because this post alone it tooooo long already :P

We spent our last night drinking and talking and on our last day we went to wright park for my macho to ride a real horse. A few months ago before we went to Baguio I promised myself that the next time my son rode a horse it will be real. So there I kept my promise.

Can you see the butterfly? Not all of you may know that we lost our dear grandmother last 2013, she was very dear to me. She took care of me when I was a baby and being a great lola, she still cares for me even if she's in heaven. She's guiding me that time. I am really an accident-prone. I fell on a tree once when I was a kid. maybe that's the reason she's guiding me. She thought I might fell on the horse that time. Don't cha worry Inang I will be careful na so that you will not worry about me.

and then to the mines view park though we didn't enjoy the view because of the fog. We ended up buying extra pasalubong and took pictures.

I don't know why I post this picture. I know some find it chaka but I find it cute kaya.

After going to mines view park we head back to the Teacher's Camp to checked out and for more pictures!!!!

Happy girls are the prettiest right?

This trip was one of the highlights of my year. You see my sister's bestfriend and my sister from another mother went to Dubai and will stay there for I don't know how long. and this will be our last trip for a loooong time. Also, my mommy Linda went to Canada after a month. Traveling with my family was the best thing that happen to me this 2014. Will definitely looking forward for our 2015 escapades.

So there! How we enjoyed Baguio!!!!!

Till next time. Ciao!
